Thailand gets ready to be a Startup Nation!
Prepare yourself to witness first-hand, the opening of the largest Startup Hub in Southeast Asia! This much anticipated event will bring together over 400 leading startups from across 25 countries. This year’s theme is ‘Bangkok as a startup city’ and will be hosted in 9 venues showcasing Bangkok as a formidable upcoming innovation presence.
Startup Thailand 2019 showcases business engagement, entrepreneurs, creativity and all things startup culture in Thailand. Creative Enterprise Australia (CEA) participation will strengthen the increasingly important link between Thailand and Australia, in support of the continued growth of the innovation sector in both our countries. The event will include discussions with key stakeholders around the Eastern Economic Corridor.
CEA is delighted to be bringing over 5 Australian startups to showcase at the event – while also leading discussions on Australia’s innovation ecosystem, the role government has played in supporting entrepreneurship and program activities that CEA will be delivering in Thailand throughout 2019/2020. CEA will also deliver its first international pre-accelerator program, Startup Bumper, to coincide with Startup Thailand.
