Like many countries in ASEAN, Laos is lucky to have a young, creative and dynamic population who are hungry for innovation, knowledge and the chance to express themselves.

I am looking forward to the opportunities Australia now ASEAN 2019 will create for us to engage and promote Lao and Australian youth, and increase understanding about contemporary Australia and what we bring to this longstanding partnership between our two countries.
