KOTO – Know One. Teach One. – is an organisation in Hanoi transforming the lives of disadvantaged and at-risk youth in Vietnam through a holistic hospitality training program.  Founded by Vietnamese Australian, Jimmy Pham in 1999, KOTO has a long-standing relationship with the Australian Embassy. During his visit to Hanoi, Adam Liaw will spend a morning with current trainees at KOTO, taking a hands-on masterclass and chatting to the students. The event is not open to the public.
