Taste of Australia with Celebrity Chef Adam Liaw in Hanoi

Come see Adam Liaw, MasterChef Australia Winner 2010, and now a well-known celebrity in Australia and overseas. Hanoi is in for a treat as Adam tours ASEAN for this year’s Australia now activities.

On 1st June, Adam and MasterChef Vietnam Winner, Chef Hoa, will be hosting a talk and cookery demonstration in central Hanoi. Adam will talk about his cooking philosophy, Australia’s diverse culinary landscape and how to get the best out of Australian produce. The two chefs will then create dishes using Australian salmon and beef. The audience will include trainees at cookery schools in Hanoi, hospitality school alumni and the public. Limited places open to the public and only those registered in advance will be admitted.
