Join Adam Liaw, MasterChef Australia Winner 2010, author and TV presenter for a celebration of Australian food culture. Filipino foodies will have a chance to learn about Adam’s cooking philosophy, Australia’s diverse culinary landscape, and how to get the most out of Australian produce. A highlight will be a battle of the culinary schools – with Adam judging Manila’s best!
